Sebastian Juncadella is a Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate with Fairchild Partners, specializing in office and industrial transactions.
His cutting-edge technical skills and his deep awareness of the South Florida community have been crucial tools during his first year at the firm.
His recent transactions include ADS Cargo and several high-profile Fortune 100 firms new to our market. He is an active team member in valuable Fairchild listings including Miami International Distribution Center, Transal Logistics Center, Americas Gateway IX, and the Kendall Summit, a complex of five office buildings.
Sebastian was recently appointed Director of Membership for CIASF.
Before joining Fairchild Partners, Sebastian completed a twelve-month volunteer assignment with WorldTeach, a Harvard University student-run social service agency, teaching English, math and science to high school students in Micronesia.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and philosophy from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. He was the recipient of the Jesuit Education Award for Outstanding Senior upon graduating from Belen Jesuit Preparatory, where he founded the Entrepreneurship Society.
