      Bridge Point Doral has preleased Building 6 and is under construction, closing roofs, on Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 5. Shell deliveries with spec office will commence mid-2025.

       

      Individual buildings will range in size from ± 240,000 to ± 640,000 square feet. Building #1 can support a minimum lease size of ±32,500 SF (3 bays) and we expect delivery Q2/Q3 2025.
