We seek a reliable, driven and tenacious Sales Rep/Business Developer to continue our growth and earn. Your future and wealth is in your hands through selling our contract Janitorial and Maintenance Services and Jan-San Supplies. We pay commission separately on on all 3 services!

      The ideal candidate will possess:
      > Age over 21 years and ability for legal employment in the U.S.
      > Experience in sales, business development and closing sales, most preferably of services.
      > Motivation, and have a tenacious work ethic.
      > Professional presentation, excellent communication skills.
      > Ability to function with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
      > Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and able to pass background.
      > Follow through and follow up ability and personable.
      > Be reliable, have a good work ethic and team player.

      Job Requirements Include:
      > Obtaining, following and closing sales on new and existing leads – BRINGING NEW BUSINESS!
      > Developing a pipeline and establishing relationships.
      > Performing sales calls in person and through networking and trade associations.
      > Managing company’s Linked-In account, represent company at trade association and events.
      > Providing a weekly status report at staff meetings.
      > Preparing proposals and quotes on company’s formats.
