Juan joins Cresa South Florida’s Industrial Advisory Group as a recent graduate from the University of Florida. While pursuing his Accounting degree, he interned at Cresa South Florida for 2 years and has been a part of the Business Process Team for over 1,000,000 square feet of real estate transactions. During his internship, Juan gained an incredible amount of deal experience and South Florida market knowledge.
Over the next 2 years, Juan will continue to participate in a structured professional development program with Cresa South Florida. Cresa’s program addresses the entire curriculum of knowledge required to be an effective advisor to business space occupiers in the Industrial sector. He has already completed several complex transactions on behalf of clients both locally and nationally.
Juan was born and raised in Miami, Florida and graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
On the weekends, you can find him in Key Largo, Florida boating and fishing with his siblings, Natali (18) and Manny (16) on their Action Craft. He also enjoys water sports such as wakeboarding and water skiing.
