His recent transactions include Shikany, a restaurant in Wynwood, Twice Consignment which is a high end antique shop in the Bird Road Arts District, a few printing and design companies and two unnamed restaurants that are opening across from Midtown Miami in the next few months.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys snorkeling, golf, and spending time with the family.
