Jeremy Larkin, President of NAI Miami, announced today it negotiated a ten-year office lease located at 501 Brickell Key Drive on behalf of Ehrenstein, Charbonneau & Calderin, a law firm specializing in business restructuring, dispute resolution, and real estate law.
The lease is valued at over $5,000,000.
“While the lease did not expire until 2014, we recognized the market was changing dramatically and we needed to take early action in order to obtain the most positive deal for my client,” said Jeremy Larkin. “Negotiations began in earnest 18 months from the lease’s expiration and, because of our timing, we were able to secure a very favorable financial package for my client while delivering a strong, long term occupant for one of the Brickell Financial District’s premier office buildings.”
Courvoisier Centre is a two-building, waterfront complex on Brickell Key, a master-planned island located immediately adjacent to Brickell Avenue.
