John Dohm, SIOR and CCIM, and Ted Konigsberg, SIOR leased 139,538 square feet of land, which including a 2,424-square-foot builidng, at 1377 Hammondville Road in Pompano Beach. The Tenant, Mabey, Inc. was represented by David Persons of DTZ Americas. The lease was signed on July 27th, 2015.
Dohm and Konigsberg also teamed up to lease an additional 14,921 square feet of space at the Palmetto Glades Center, located at 755-871 NW 167th Street in Miami Gardens. Infinity represented the Landlord, I-95 Palmetto, LLC in the transactions.
Konigsberg leased an additional 15,630 square feet of office space in 4 separate lease deals at Golden Glades Office Park, located at 1505-1525 NW 167th Street, Miami Gardens. Ted represented the Landlord, BRI 1814 GGOP, LLC, in all of the transactions.
Jeremy Bedzow negotiated the purchase of two portfolios totaling 160,200 square feet of land. The first portfolio comprises two downtown Fort Lauderdale contiguous parcels at 621 South Federal Highway and 611 SE 6th Avenue. The Buyer, Dixie Land Holdings, LLC, purchased the parcels from Millers 621, LLC for $1,900,000. The parcel at 621 S. Federal Highway consisted of a 7,879-square-foot building on 24,674 square feet of land, and the parcel at 611 SE 6th Avenue consisted of a 2,500-square-foot building on 4,740 square feet of land. The sale closed on July 27th, 2015.
The second portfolio consisted of four contiguous parcels located on SW 64th Avenue (Davie Road) and SW 38th Court in Davie. The sites sold for $2,615,000. The Buyer was 4th Ave Land Holdings,LLC, and the Seller was Weekley Five Davie, LLC. The total portfolio consisted of 130,786 square feet of vacant land. The sale closed on September 24th, 2015.
