PS Business Parks Leasing Director Carolina Vargas, MBAand Senior Leasing Director Jorge Rivera represented the Landlord in signing Turner Construction Company, a New York Corporation, to a 29,062-square-foot industrial lease deal at Miami International Commerce Park, located within the Miami Airport West submarket at 8216 NW 14th Street in Doral.
The deal, which closed March 25, brings Building 2 at the park, which totals 238,800 square feet, to 100% occupied.
