PS Business Parks, Inc. purchased the industrial facility at 2323 NW 82nd Ave. in Miami from AEW Capital Management for $12.7 million, or about $85.45 per square foot.
The two-story, 148,618-square-foot building was constructed in 1991 and renovated in 2007. The property on 5.6 acres of land is in Miami International Commerce Center and features 14 drive-in bays with 24-foot-clear height.
Walter Byrd and Benjamin Eisenberg of Transwestern represented seller. The buyer was self-represented.
Nearly two years to the date, global aviation solutions provider AeroTurbine relocated from the building to a new 200,214-square-foot location at Miramar Centre A, located at 15701 SW 29th Street in Miramar.
