Justin J. Thorpe has joined Miller Construction Company as project manager, with experience overseeing more than $450 million in complex projects from Miami-Dade through Palm Beach counties.
A construction industry professional for over 15 years, he is a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design + Construction (BD+C). He is responsible for managing major commercial and industrial projects for the Fort Lauderdale-based design/build and construction services firm.
“Handling high-profile projects throughout South Florida, Justin has developed a solutions-oriented approach that means solid results for our clients,” said Miller Vice President of Operations Jeff Slade.
Before joining Miller, Thorpe was a project manager with James A. Cummings, Inc. In that role, he managed construction of projects including the massive 740,000-square-foot Broward County Courthouse as well as Florida Atlantic University’s landmark football stadium. Earlier in his career, he was a project engineer with D. H. Griffin Construction Co.
