Hart Commercial was awarded the exclusive listing of the 23,551-square-foot International Jewelry Center, located at 22 NE 1st Street, in March. Hart Commercial’s Vilma Quintela and Jessica Reyes lead leasing and marketing efforts on behalf of the building’s ownership.
A kosher lunch will be provided as well as complimentary valet parking.
