- Presenting Speaker – CBRE Capital Markets Jose Lobon will set the stage with an overview of current land inventory and demand in South FL.
- Market Overview – Presented by our some of our top young professionals, the “40 under 40” panel moderated by Sebastian Juncadella, and featuring Brian Cabielles, Erin Byers, Matt Maciag, and Andrew Lehrer.
- Developers Discussion – Moderated by Malcolm Butters, Duke, Foundry, Bridge, and Cadence Partners discuss challenges.
