Tony Arellano currently serves as Metro 1 Commercial’s Executive Vice President.
In this capacity, Arellano is responsible for overseeing the firm’s overall sales and leasing efforts for more than $200 million in current real estate assets located in Miami’s urban core.
With a strong emphasis on landlord and tenant representation and investment sales, Mr. Arellano has completed more than 250 commercial real estate lease and sales transactions over the past six years. In 2014 alone, Tony completed over $70 million in total lease and sale transactions.
Since 2014, Mr. Arellano has served in the board of directors for the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF).
Prior to joining Metro 1 in 2007, Mr. Arellano served as Marketing Manager at a regional marketing company where he oversaw marketing campaigns that have shaped a powerful foundation of a wide range of marketing techniques and strategies.
Mr. Arellano holds a Business Administration Degree from Florida International University and is also working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
