Sime Realty Corp. has been retained by the Town of Cutler Bay to market and lease the 77,000-square foot Class B office building it owns at 10720 Caribbean Boulevard in Cutler Bay, Florida. Rosemarie Rivera Elizabeth Santos, above left, Senior Vice President with Sime Realty, will be spearheading the leasing efforts. During her 25-year career, Santos has completed close to 700 office leases on behalf of both commercial landlords and occupiers. Rosemarie Rivera, Office Leasing Associate, will be working alongside Santos to bring quality tenants to the asset.

Other projects are scheduled for the upcoming two years.
