Casal Group recently brokered a 116,000-square-foot warehouse lease in Weston for Gold Coast Freightways, Inc.
The new facility, located at 3245 Meridian Parkway, provides strategic access points to major highways as well as excess land for trailer storage for the regional transportation company.
Exact terms of the lease from lessor Clarion Partners were not disclosed.
Gold Coast has six terminals in three states but made its name with best in the business, consistent two-day service between the New York/New Jersey area and South Florida.
Ernesto Casal, principal of Casal Group, was recently named to the CIASF Board of Directors.
