Casal Group represented the buyer and seller in the sale of a warehouse located at 8801 NW 15th Street in Doral. Casal Group was led by team members Ernesto Casal, Luis Marquez and Will Falero.
The 26,500-square-foot facility, the former home of W E Johnson Equipment Co., was purchased for $2,725,000 from seller Blue Ocean One, L.C.
Blue Ocean One, L.C. purchased the 1979-built property in December, 2006 for $3,000,000.
The property, situated on 2.2 acres, is zoned IU-2 (under Miami-Dade code) and maintains heavy power, allowing for manufacturing, assembly, aviation uses and material handling. Centrally located in the heart of the Doral / Airport West market, just off NW 87th Avenue and 15th Street, allows for easy access to SR 836, SR 826 and the Florida Turnpike as well as Miami International Airport.
The buyer of the facility, which purchased the property to provide for expansion of its business, was not disclosed due to a confidentiality agreement.
